Refund policy

Returns and Refunds. 
There are NO returns on any item or order. No exceptions.

There are NO refunds. Slipknot Tie Dyes will not replace any items that are lost in transit. Any item lost in transit is the customer‘s responsibility to work with the transportation carrier to locate or replace the item. Shipping insurance is available on some shipping packages. The customer is responsible for the selection of insurance at checkout. If insurance is included with the shipping selected by the customer it is the sole responsibility of the customer to file an insurance claim on any item(s) that is lost in transit.

Exchange Policy:

Please contact Slipknot Tie Dyes for an exchange. It must be anpprove prior to receipt. Exchanges are NOT a guarantee. It might be possible with authorization from Slipknot Tie Dye and must be within 21 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of the exchange item(s)

To be eligible for an exchange, you must have approval, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it without defects. The item(s) will be evaluated upon receipt. Please take care in packaging your item as you are responsible for any damage.

All exchanges are subjected to a restocking fee.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back until you have contacted Slipknot Tie Dyes. Your exchange can be rejected and will be subjected to a restocking fee.

Clearance items. All sales are final.
Clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges:

Must be made within 21 days of purchase. you must notify Slipknot Tie Dyes of your requested exchange by email. Exchange item(s) must be in their original condition. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item back to Slipknot Tie Dyes and for the replacement item to you. 
If you choose to exchange your item(s) send an email to slipknottiedyes@gmail.com that includes a picture of the exchange item(s). Send your item to: 2 Mountain Laurel Dr. Colorado US 80127.

An invoice will be sent to cover the exchange shipping. The exchange will not be sent until the original item purchased is received and the exchange shipping is paid.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item. If your item is lost in transit we are not responsible for replacing, exchanging, or refunding your purchase.
